If you had accidentally entered an incorrect contact name and/or shipping address during checkout from the Klei Store, please contact our livesupport team immediately and request for the change to be made on your behalf.
Incorrect Address Policy:
All orders are shipped to the address on we have on file (the address that you manually provide and verify during checkout.)
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the name and shipping address provided is correct. If the information is not correct, the provided tracking number will indicate failed delivery due to incomplete address information and your package will be returned to ESC-Toy.
Once the package returns to ESC-Toy, you have the option to pay for a second attempt / re-shipment with a corrected or new address
